Andrew Wheeler, an Online Marketing and SEO Consultant based in Switzerland founded the new site in Feburary 2012.

"I've been watching the progress and growth of Minecraft since it launched in the early beta phases. I could see the huge community base on related forums and wikis growing rapidly, which drew me to develop the idea. We decided to see if we could tap into the market with an alternative to the millions of YouTube videos clogging this niche. With the community Q&A model, I think we have a great chance to add value and build on the community."

"This project actually started life as one of our many SEO experiments, to research new techniques and ideas when ranking websites. The knowledge gained is then passed down to our clients. It is always good to have these projects running in the background along side the 'normal' day job." 

The website is already fielding questions and answers, with over 60 questions already answered in the first few days. Articles, a new blog and ebooks are all planned for the future expansion as the site increases its online footprint and generates more traffic.

Andrew went on to say "It's exciting starting out with these projects. The early signs are promising and I'm sure we'll see some success. We will maintain our focus on adding value and building on the community. At this time we are not looking to sell advertising, we are strongly focused on providing the best content for our visitors."
