"We needed a way to sooth the fears and rattled nerves of pregnant teens," says Lori A. Laird, AGAA Director of Birthmother Services. "They are frightened and confused, and we try to help them make a fully informed decision that will be positive for all involved, regardless of whether they go with us or not."

"Our graphics tell our story," states Yvonne M. Johanson, Director of Adoptive family services. "We treat our birthmothers with dignity and compassion, and cover their expenses. They get to choose their adoptive family, and they get the best of medical care, and lodging."

Co-Director Kim P. Brown adds, "We realized we were on to something really important, that genuinely makes the world a better place. All three of us are adoptive mothers ourselves, so we run our agency in a very different way. We are just getting started with this new series of posters, infographics, and video, but the reactions have already been overwhelmingly positive."
