Ricoh is also undertaking a global expansion of Managed Document Services (MDS), which has recently been positioned in the "Leaders" Quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Managed Print Services Worldwide2 by Gartner, as well as IT services based on our broad experience and knowledge. In a recent case, Ricoh provided 750 MFPs and printers to the 2012 Annual Meetings of the IMF and World Bank Group held in Tokyo. In order to achieve an efficient document output environment, Ricoh deployed optimal devices and engaged in maintaining and improving management quality. The company also provided maintenance and support services on a 24-hour basis.
