USAID's Strengthening Tenure and Resource Rights (STARR) contract supports objectives related to enhanced food security, climate change adaptation, conflict prevention, natural resource management, and economic growth. This reflects a growing recognition that efficient and equitable land administration is a cornerstone for economic development.

As a STARR consortium member, Thomson Reuters has the opportunity to compete for projects to be implemented under this USAID indefinite quantity contract (IQC).
