David has been observing human behaviour in business for over 30 years. David relates, 'Years ago I was interested in bringing soul to business but it wasn't a very easy thing to discuss, especially amongst men. At Quiddity I work extensively with creative female entrepreneurs running small to medium businesses. In particular, women in business who are typically spread too thin and have to be hands on in their business 'doing it all' with little or no support. What I do is help make their business work for them (not the other way around) so they have time for themselves, their families, their passions and to work on the business, not in it.'
