Thompson American Inn of Court on the topic of divorce mediation and collaborative divorce as a part of a more general program on Alternative Dispute Resolution. American Inns of Court (AIC) are designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. He was a founding member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court and served as an officer of that Inn for over 10 years.
Attorney Matez continues to speak publicly on the topics of mediation, collaborative divorce, as well as other alternatives to divorce litigation, having recently presented workshops on these topics at the Women's Opportunity Center of Burlington County, and Jewish Family & Children's Services of Southern New Jersey. On March 10th (10am-1pm)he will present a workshop entitled ALTERNATIVES TO DIVORCE LITIGATION! THERE IS A BETTER WAY! at The Starting Point, 215 Highland Avenue, Westmont, NJ. The workshop is open to the public at no cost.
