The ONE TOUCH Ultra 960C features an ultra-thin, lightweight 4.3-inch capacitive multi-touch display for enhanced content viewing and a powerful 1.4GHz processor that performs quickly to run apps, download content and stream videos.

The built-in camera even features touch focus and image stabilization. The phone also has a front-facing camera, ideal for self-portraits, and can even perform video calls. Running on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, the ONE TOUCH Ultra 960C also comes equipped with built-in DLNA support, so users can stream multimedia content on multiple screens.

The ONE TOUCH Ultra 960C is eligible for Alltel's Best Value plans with or without a contract, which cost just $45 monthly for unlimited talk and text. A required data is an additional $30 per month.
