Little Man Chef Lauren Camacho has also added new creations based on feedback from customers. Vegetarians are likely to flock to the Southwestern Sweet Potato Hash, a blend of peppers, onions, black beans, corn, green chili and sour cream. The California Chicken Club Salad is a great lighter fare option and features avocado, red onion, bacon, cherry tomatoes and tender chicken breast. 'Bobos are inspired creations by our chef Lauren Camacho, sourcing the best local ingredients we can find and made from scratch every day,' said Little Man Ice Cream owner Paul Tamburello. 'Our goal at Little Man is not fast food, it's inspired quick-serve.' 

Made with local ingredients (Boulder sausage meatballs, Big Hoss BBQ sauce), Bobo cones are available daily until 4 p.m. and provide a complete meal to go for just $6 to $7. Little Man also offers a variety of homemade soups daily. In addition, the shop will continue to serve its famous, hormone-free ice cream, gelato and sorbet year-round.

The shop's tasty treats are also available for special events, including weddings, corporate meetings and birthday parties. Housed in a 28-foot steel replica of an old-fashioned milk can in Denver's historic Highland neighborhood, Little Man Ice Cream opened in 2008. More than just an ice cream emporium, the shop serves as a community gathering point, hosting vintage movie screenings, musical performances, weekend pancake breakfasts and seasonal celebrations.

Little Man also helps fight hunger through its 'Scoop for Scoop' initiative. For every scoop of ice cream the shop sells, once scoop of rice is donated to villages in developing countries. Donations have been made in Ethiopia, Kenya, Myanmar, Senegal, Haiti and Peru. Since 2008, the shop has donated over 400,000 scoops.
