At this year's festival, the TV show 'Movers, Shakers & Invention Makers' will have a booth setup on March 9th and 10th between 10 a.m and 1- p.m. They are inviting everybody to stop by and vote for their favorite new invention in a contest that is being sponsored by WalMart.

In addition, if you like to tinker around with stuff yourself, please make sure to bring any new invention that you might have by their both for a free no obligation evaluation. The professionals that run this exceptional company, have propelled many inventor's creations to levels that they never deemed possible.

At this year's Strawberry Festival, the Movers, Shakers & Invention Makers will be awarding a first prize of $500 and a 'FREE Infomercial' to the individual that they believe has created the most financially feasible new product.

Even if you think your idea has no chance of winning, please be sure to stop by, because they will also be giving away $100 to the person that came up with the worst invention of the year.

Gene Lasker, of the Sprint Car Racing Champion Team from Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Fl., has entered the Walmart 'Get on the shelf' invention contest. He invented a portable non-electric non-battery operated refrigerator that functions like a lunch box, but keeps your food and refreshments at 34 degrees forever.  Simply turn the unit on, and all the items inside the bag stay at a constant refrigerator like temperature.
