Although no illnesses have been reported to date, Salmonella can be very serious and sometimes fatal to infants and young children, elderly, and individuals with a weak immune system.  Healthy individuals infected with Salmonella commonly experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. The infection typically lasts 4 to 7 days, and most individuals are able to recover without treatment.

The contaminated products of Wellements Baby Move™ Prune Concentrate were distributed to retail stores and online retailers nationwide from January 2012 to July 2012. They are sold in a glass bottle and packaged in an individual product carton.
