John Watters is the Grundy County IT Director. 'In the last 2 strikes most users did not even know anything was wrong.' Watters said proudly.

Most citizens would be impressed, and IT executives awed, by the robust network that Grundy County has built. But that was far from true prior to the arrival of Watters.

Seeing a critical need for a broader, more diverse IT infrastructure to unite Grundy County's 5 buildings and 18 departments, Watters quickly set to work.
