EMSL Analytical Acquires New Microbiology Lab in Cincinnati

The nation's leading environmental testing company, EMSL Analytical, has acquired the microbiology laboratory previously known as Quantus Analytical of Concentra Health Services, Inc. This transaction has been both amicable and mutually advantageous to both companies.
 
EMSL will continue to operate this laboratory from its current Cincinnati location for its clients' convenience, and customers will still see the same faces there when they stop by.
 
We also maintain a full service (asbestos, lead, microbiology, and industrial hygiene) AIHA accredited lab in Indianapolis, Indiana, which will provide analytical support to the Cincinnati lab.
 
EMSL can offer enhanced asbestos, indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, materials characterization, food, pharmaceutical and environmental microbiology laboratory services.
 
EMSL is an industry leader in the environmental microbiology (fungi and bacteria) analysis industry. In addition, we offer the full spectrum of analytical services including, but not limited to, asbestos (PLM, PCM and TEM), industrial hygiene, lead and metals analysis, IAQ analysis, environmental chemistry (soil, water and air) respirable silica via x-ray diffraction, and materials characterization and identification (including Chinese Drywall analysis).
