Heading up this new division is Jim DeVard who joined Sams & Associates in 2004 after having retired as Regional Vice President and a thirty seven year career with CSE Insurance Group.  Since joining Sams & Associates Jim has managed their claims operations in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as our Las Vegas territory.  For the past six years he has served as manager of a TPA program for the State of California.  During Jim's tenure with Sams & Associates he has provided representation for their clients at Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Mediations, Arbitrations, Small Claims Hearings and Civil Trial monitoring in several venues and states. 

Their clients have found Jim to be conversant in the law, highly motivated and professional. Jim has staffed his new team with a cadre of highly experienced and uniquely qualified personnel with backgrounds in litigation management.
