Wed, 16 May 2012 14:51:44 EST The Kindle ebook market is on fire, and so is Amazon's Kindle policy team. Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) accounts are getting blocked, suspended, and terminated left and right for a variety of reasons.
The primary reason Kindle publishing accounts get terminated? Publishers upload content that isn't theirs and start selling it as a Kindle book. Who's going to catch them, right?
Wrong. Amazon's Kindle Publishing Intellectual Property team is taking down accounts in violation of their policies. But, sometimes they go too far and good authors, publishers, and businesspeople get their accounts banned.
Fortunately, there is now a safe way to create a new Kindle Direct Publishing account if your account was banned, blocked, or suspended. The program is called Kindle Ghost.
The program teaches you how to create a new Kindle Direct Publishing account and get back on your feet, selling Kindle books again. But, no matter what happens, make sure the content you sell on Kindle is yours and yours alone (you don't want to have to repeat this process).
