Shelly BMW Names Will Shaw New Internet Sales Manager

April 2, 2012 – Buena Park, Calif. – Shelly BMW is pleased to announce that Will Shaw has joined the dealership as its new Internet Sales Manager.
    
'We are very excited to have someone of Will's caliber here at Shelly BMW,' General Manager Steve Rudkin said. 'Will knows BMWs inside and out and as a car enthusiast himself, he is the perfect person to guide our clients through the buying process.'
    
In his new position, Shaw is responsible for all inquiries and sales that originate via the Internet. Whether from the Shelly BMW website, BMWUSA.com or sites like Autotrader.com or Edmunds.com, Shaw is a client's contact from start to finish.
    
'I'm basically a one-stop-shop,' Shaw said. 'There are no handoffs during the introduction, test drives or negotiations.'
    
In addition to his responsibilities with Internet Sales, Shaw is also a European Delivery expert, having completed more than 70 such deliveries.
    
'If you are passionate about the BMW brand, then you must take a European delivery at least once,' Shaw said. 'There is absolutely nothing like picking your car up from its birthplace and taking it out onto the Autobahn to really experience how BWMs are built to be driven.'
    
As someone who has made the trip himself, Shaw knows all the ins and outs of the European Delivery process. From choosing the trim color, available options and special paint and interior colors, to the best beer and bratwurst in town, Shaw will be able to guide you through the whole process. And he'll keep you updated on your order from production to its arrival at the dealership.

Shaw, a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, has always loved BMWs. From his childhood when he had M3 models and posters all over his room, through to today, as he races his own M Coupe on the track and writes a blog on Bimmerfest, an online BMW auto-enthusiast community.
