Three men have been charged in a spice bust at a Gadsden store, including the store's owner. Josh Chancellor, 37, Bennett Wesson, 23, and Dayton Gibson, 24, are each charged with possession of a controlled substance. Chancellor also faces a trafficking charge. Investigators say Chancellor owned the store "Pleasure Treasures" on Gadsden's Broad Street. The Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit seized the synthetic drug "spice" as well as drug paraphernalia from the store on Wednesday, June 6. Investigators say the store sold spice over the counter to customers. The narcotics unit commander Rob Savage says the building owner is the process of evicting the store.
