Wendy Fisher, a mother of two, was shot to death after telling a car to slow down in the neighborhood. Mobile police officers arrested a 17 year old boy for the shooting.
Reports say that Fisher was outside of her house and yelled out the car to slow down, the driver then got out the car and fired shots at Fisher. Fisher’s daughter said that he mother was concerned that the vehicle would hit their dog.
During a drug operation, the teen was taken into custody and was then charged for murder, attempting to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
