The case of a former high school coach and teacher accused of asking two 15-year-olds for sex will go before a grand jury. 29-year-old Ketry Clark was in court Thursday morning for the decision. Clark's attorney waived the felony charge to the grand jury before Judge Shelly Watson. Bill Dawson says his client is looking forward to his day in court so he can get this over with. Clark has been on administrative leave since April and will remain on administrative leave until the case is complete. Dawson says Clark's return to the classroom depends on the board of education. "I doubt we can get a trial before early Fall. We will have it tried as early as we can," said Dawson. A father of one of the alleged victims says what Clark did was wrong and that he hopes he is found guilty.
