Inmate from Alabama Department of Corrections State Cattle Ranch, William Keith Bivens 33, was last seen Sunday afternoon. Officials say, he was no where to be found in their facilities and is now considered an escapee.
Bivens, who has served 10 years out of his 33 year sentence, was in prison for robbery out of Houton County.
The U.S Marshalls and other law enforcement are in alert looking for Bivens, who is described to be a black male, 5’5 tall and weighs 130 pounds.
