Authorities are on the look out for a man posing as an employee with the Alabama State Fire Marshall's Office and trying to sell fire safety inspections. State Fire Marshall Ed Paulk is encouraging the public to be aware of this man and to always ask for identification. "Officers associated with our office or any real law enforcement agency will gladly provide it," Paulk said. Anyone who recognizes the man is urged to call the Alabama State Fire Marshall's Office at 334-241-4166, the Alabama Arson Hotline at 1-800-654-0775, or online at www.firemarshal.alabama.gov.
