Huntsville - AL - Amy Bishop's capital murder trial is now set for September 10, 2012. Bishop is the former college professor accused of killing three colleagues during a staff meeting at UAH in 2010.
The trial had been scheduled for this month, but defense attorneys requested that the trial be pushed back. They're currently trying to overturn the state's refusal to pay for Bishop's psychological screening.
WDNG will update more on this story as information becomes available.
