Birmingham Police officers were called to Martha Gaskin Middle School this afternoon due to a report of a disgruntled student. A short time after police arrived, Birmingham Fire and Rescue arrived to the school and one unknown person was taken away by ambulance.
An officer at the school would only confirm that they were dealing with a student "misbehaving", and no other details have been released at this time.
