Today, Sgt. Tomlinson will join WWII veteran Frank Turner Sr and the pair will serve as grand marshals of Anniston’s Veteran’s Day Parade. Tomlinson and Turner were selected by the Calhoun County Veterans Organization as grand marshals for the parade scheduled for 2 o’clock this afternoon. The parade honoring veterans from all military branches will begin at 15th Street and Noble Street in downtown Anniston. Noble Street will be closed starting at 11am in preparation for the parade and weather forecasts predict sunny weather with temperatures in the low 70s.
