Desmonte Leonard, the man accused of killing three people at an Auburn pool party in June, appeared at Lee County Circuit Court and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The 22-year-old was indicted one month ago by a Lee County grand jury on one count of capital murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of second-degree assault and one count of first-degree assault. A bond hearing has been set for November 14 at 2 p.m.. He will continue to be held at a Montgomery jail without bond.
