Ronnie Gilley and two others plead guilty in gambling investigation. Gilley and his lobbyist, Jarrod Massey, and former state Rep., Terry Spicer pleads guilty to conspiracy and bribery charges. Reports say Gilley and Massey were involved in offering millions of dollars to legislators to support gambling legislation. Spicer admitted to taking bribes from Gilley and Massey.
Prosecutors are pushing that Gilley and Massey receive 11 years in prison and that Spicer only receiving five years in prison.
Lobbyist, Jennifer Pouncy, will be sentence in August and nine others including the casino owner are facing jail time.
