A grand jury will hear a drug case against an Anniston business owner accused of selling spice. Carl Lackey, owner of a music store called "Cosmic Debris," was arrested in May after Calhoun County investigators raided his store on South Quintard Avenue. They say Lackey was selling spice out of his store. Lackey has been charged with distribution of a controlled substance.
