Innocence in Roger Clemens
Four years after Roger Clemens said to a grand jury, ‘I didn’t take steroids” he can finally take a sigh of relief. He was found not guilty on all six charges including perjury. “Roger Clemens was acquitted of all six counts because his defense team capitalized on the prosecution's mistakes “says Lester Munson. The Rocket was very emotional after his verdict was what he believed in the whole time. People still believe that he will always be affected by his link to steroids and possibly even keep him out of the Hall of Fame. His name will be on this year’s ballot and it is a wonder if he will make it on the first time around.
