A teenager accused of hindering prosecution in the triple shooting in Auburn has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in a separate case in Montgomery. A Montgomery prosecutor says 18-year-old Jeremy Thomas entered the plea yesterday in the 2011 shooting death of a 14-year-old girl in the same city. Thomas was 17-years-old at the time of the shooting. He is scheduled for sentencing July 12, 2012. Auburn Police charged Thomas with hindering prosecution earlier this week during the manhunt for Auburn shooting suspect Desmonte Leonard. They say he fled the University Heights apartment community Saturday night with Leonard.
